the fOUNDATION

I’ve spent the last 7 years as the strength & conditioning coach & 4 years as the owner of New England Strength & Performance, working with athletes at every level. Now, I’ve rebranded NESP into Eastbound Strength & Performance LLC a new name, but the same elite training, built even better. Before all of this, I was just another kid trying to find my way in sports. I wasn’t a standout. I was average. I lost as many wrestling matches as I won, and I barely hung on in football. Then in 7th grade, I had a choice to either stay weak or get stronger. I committed to the gym, showed up every day, and never looked back. By high school, I was dominating, winning state championships in football and wrestling, then going on to become a college All-American. 

Eastbound Strength & Performance LLC is built for athletes who refuse to settle. No matter where you’re starting, no matter your background. If you’re willing to put in the work, you’ll find a place here to level up, prepare for your next season, and push past limits. I am here to help you become the best version of yourself. I have never turned away an athlete away because they are dealing with financial struggles or past mistakes. That should not stop you from training, I’ve lived through it myself.

 This isn’t your average gym. We train differently because I know what it takes to be the best. Our facility is loaded with specialty equipment designed to make you stronger, faster, and more explosive. There are reverse hypers, belt squats/ athletic training platforms, sleds, specialty bars, and elite level speed and agility tools. We don’t waste time on gimmicks. We use proven methods; max effort, dynamic effort, and speed-based training to build dominant athletes. Eastbound Strength is more than a gym. It’s a family. My goal is simple: prepare you for the demands of your sport and life, both physically and mentally.
