Eastbound is built for athletes who refuse to be average. This is a high-performance training facility designed to build champions, pushing athletes to their strongest, fastest, and most explosive selves—physically and mentally.

After 7 years as the head trainer and 4 years as the owner of New England Strength & Performance, I’ve rebranded to Eastbound Strength—a name that represents progress, grit, and the relentless pursuit of being better. I’ve trained some of the best athletes in the area. Football players at Notre Dame, UCLA, and Vanderbilt, wrestlers who became All-Americans and state champions, D1 basketball players, Vanderbilt baseball players, Santa Barbara track athletes, & volleyball all-stars. Athletes who have played on national teams and athletes that have won the no-gi jiu-jitsu IBJJF championships along with multiple Combat Zone MMA champions. The training works because I know what it takes to reach the highest levels of competition, and I have the results to back it up. At Eastbound Strength, you’ll find specialty equipment you won’t see anywhere else, cutting-edge training methods, and a culture built on work ethic and accountability.
